In late 2019 we selected DuraBuild Construction Ltd to demolish our existing holiday home in Omaha and build a reasonably substantial two level new house in its place. From our first meeting, Mike’s enthusiasm for our project and passion for his work and clients was evident. Cherie and I have had the pleasure of working with DuraBuild twice on two large renovation projects 3 years apart. The first involved extensive bathroom renovations installing a number of impressive Italian styled bathrooms, and room restyling work. The later remodeling and extending an outside deck area encompassing an in deck spa pool all to a high standard. We enjoyed the collaborative approach of ideas and excellent workmanship DuraBuild delivered on, we would recommend them to any prospective client.

Mike and his team of builders, Brook and Andy demonstrated excellent clarity of what was required and went about achieving an excellent end result in a professional and friendly manner. Planning of materials and co-ordination of the separate trades could not be faulted. Always, communication lines were open with any operational issues being resolved quickly. Mike, Brook and Andy were very respective, their approach was always very professional, competent and friendly. We are very pleased with the end result, it exceeds expectations. The communication from Mike and project manager Luke throughout the build was excellent and the quality of the workmanship completed by the professional, courteous team of tradesman was outstanding. Now the project is finished I can honestly say that the end result exceeded our expectations and I could not recommend the Durabuild team highly enough.

We would like to express our appreciation of a great refurbish that Mike and his team from Durabuild Construction carried out for us at 72 Omaha Drive. The complete internal refurbish of our sleepout and suggestions to us from Mike and his workers as we progressed was better than having an architect, as Mikes team drew upon their practical experience and was great input for us. We would recommend talking with Mike for any new build (Durabuild Construction built our new home here as well) and any alterations that you could have in mind.

I cannot speak more highly for Mike and the Durabuild team who have just completed a big renovation on our house in Omaha. As a project manager, Mike's communication and management of every part of the job was exceptional and he was always one step ahead of everything all the way. Dave who was the lead builder on the job is an amazing craftsman. His work is meticulous and he is so lovely to deal with. They finished everything to a high standard with no need to chase anything and even helped with a couple of favours doing non renovation jobs!
